OVERVIEW

TechQu Paneer Vat will be used for the manufacture Paneer from Milk. Rectangular, Triple walled, Insulated open type Vat. Slope: Sufficient slope will be provided towards the outlet valve along the periphery of bottom. Inner Rectangular Body: The inner shell would be fabricated
from 2mm thick stainless steel plates respectively conforming to AISI 304. Outer Rectangular Body: The outer shell would be fabricated from 2mm thick stainless steel plates respectively conforming to AISI 304. Stiffeners between inner and outer shells and supporting structure
for bottom of mild steel to be provided. Heating Vat supplied with control panel. Accessories: Inlet nozzle, sand blasted level marks, sampling Cock, Thermo-well, Lifting lugs etc.

Entire inner shell is insulated with 50 mm thk resin bonded crown 150 grit glass wool using chicken wire netting. SS cup type
outlet with flanged plug valve is provided at appropriate height of from floor level. Four numbers of
adjustable legs to be provided. Provision for mounting temperature gauge
Heats 85 Degree C From 35 Degree C.
Electrical: Panel Box With PID Controller And Sensor, Reputed Make Contactors And On/Off Switches
With Wiring. Sensor: Pt100 700 Mm Long Probe Length(SS304)
