We are designing our cheese processing plants to be of highest standards regarding efficiency, food safety, and reliability to facilitate a flow of fast production starting with the reception of milk, to the final packaging. Designed with great precision to include the maximum amount of the high-grade stainless steel so that each of the systems can maximize in yield, taste and texture, though retain operational flexibility.
The cheese processing plant incorporates product stages like milk standardization, pasteurization, coagulation, curd cutting, whey separation, cooking, the stretching process, the pressing process, and the ripening process. PLC systems automate processes to carefully regulate temperature and duration, which yields constant and quality production. TechQu facilities can make various forms of cheese, such as paneer, mozzarella, cheddar, processed cheese, and the specialty ones.
All the equipment in the plant has smooth internal surfaces, CIP compatibility, and ergonomics allowing easy operation, which makes it easy to maintain. The modular design can scale– History: It suits both small-scale dairies starting out and major industrial-scale dairy cheese factories. The system is reliable, and Neway products will have low costs of production, using minimal energy to operate and having easy controls.
