We are manufacturing and supplying complete Fruits Juice processing machinery on turnkey basis for the production of Fruits juice & concentrated puree, as well as single machines to meet specific requirements.
TechQu Fruits Juice Plant builds with Tubular Heat Exchanger based as well as continuous pasteurizer heats the product up to 95°C and holds it for few seconds for total inactivation of microbes. Our pasteurizers are fully automated systems in which the product is heated in an indirect way, so that there is no direct contact with the heating medium. Heating takes place in a “gentle way”, which is equally important to keeping intact quality of the product.
