We are manufacturing & supplying complete mango processing machinery on turnkey basis for the production of mango pulp, juice & concentrated puree, as well as single machines to meet specific requirements We can setup mango Pulp processing plant on turnkey basis where fresh mangoes will be processed to manufacture mango pulp, mango concentrate/Jam and mango Juice.

The matured mangoes are brought to the factory and it is transferred to the ripening chambers. The mangoes are ripened by natural processes or ethylene gas. The damaged fruits are sorted out in the conveyor belt. The preparation process includes cutting, destoning, Pulping and refining, Preheating, decanting, evaporating, filling, packaging and labelling.

As the manufacturing technology progresses and demands for mango juice increase, the processing of mango juice has become a market heat. A mango juice production line includes the following steps: washing, sorting, peeling, destoning, pulping, filtration, degassing, homogenization, concentration, sterilization and packaging. Different mango processing machineries are required in each step.

TechQu has the expertise to carry out the Design & Manufacturing of Mango Juice Processing Plant .  TechQu Mango Juice Plant builds with Tubular Heat Exchanger based as well as continuous pasteurizer heats the product up to 95°C and holds it for few seconds for total inactivation of microbes. Our pasteurizers are fully automated systems in which the product is heated in an indirect way, so that with no direct contact with the heating medium. Heating takes place in a “gentle way”, which is equally important to keeping intact quality of the product.
